  1. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 7 days of the purchase date. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these criteria.

  3. Refund Method: If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
